Meanwhile, Assange is the excuse for Glenn Greenwald to accuse yet more people of hypocrisy. Was anyone in the history of public conversation ever holier than him? Doesn't he know that rights overlap and sometimes conflict? What's interesting about the first amendment is that it isn't absolute, whatever folks think it says on the tin.
