Just think about all the people who voted for Hillary in 2016, not yet realizing that thousands of classified e-mails had been given by her (through incompetence) to Anthony Wiener. If such people had waited, she'd have lost. Oh, that's right, she did lose!!!

So OCU: When do YOU prefer to vote - before or after you've gotten all the information a responsible voter ought to have? Hmmm. Let's see:

High propensity voters are affected most by an early turnout appeal, four weeks out. Low propensity voters are affected most by a late appeal, three days out. In recent years, political scientists have run a variety of field experiments to show exactly which methods of voter mobilization are most effective.
