I think the local and state police answer to their own authorities, so not sure how he thinks he has them. He has federal marshalls, but there aren't so many of those.
Does the military intervene inside the US over politics? Doubt they do. I expect their leaders take an oath to the constitution, not the president.
Are bikers dumb enough to get violent on behalf of Trump?
I agree he's trying to incite violence. But it won't work on a material level. But one or two maniacs may be maniacky.
