May standing down is unlikely to happen. She's a political limpet if ever there was one. Twice humiliated, she can't see that she is a big part of the problem.

The astonishing thing is that there's no majority for any of the three current solutions.

Stay in the EU? Nope.

Leave the EU with no deal? Nope.

Leave the EU with the negotiated deal? Nope.

The only possible path I can think of is to find a new leader who can negotiate a viable solution and sell it to people.

Mrs May has to step aside as no one wants what she is offering. I would like to see a new EU negotiating team as well. One that wants to find a constructive solution.
