There were NO subpoenas issued yesterday by the Democrats. They were merely requests for documents. Of the 81 requests, the vast majority of them are not asking for anything that hasn't already been produced and turned over to other entities such as other House and Senate panels, public prosecutors and other federal agencies. Now, if anyone refuses, then a subpoenas will hit the street. So until then...
