So many cable news people pretend that they understand the law, but at MSNBC people like Ari Melber actually do know the law. And I like that Rachael Maddow goes out of her way trying NOT to give the impression that she knows a lot about the law. She's always very careful to make that point and to make sure that her guests, those who are lawyers, gets the last word on anything judicial.
