Speaking of freshmen Democratic Representatives, last night on MSNBC's "The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell" Lawrence highlighted the first Congressional hearing that featured OUR new Congressperson, Katie Porter (California 45th District) and she was great. She's a no nonsense type of person, the sort that I think, along with people like AOC, is going to remake the image of Congress and who will put the fear into those who have gotten a free ride during the last few Congresses that were run by the Republicans:
