As a side, speaking of NYC, and the scene there, here’s one of my favorite jaunts of the day, amazing food, atmosphere, crowd, you name it a real NY establishment, with all it entails......I did a search on Youtube, and voila......

But if you use Yelp, search for Raul’s restaurant in new york to get a feel of the scene.....and the food.
What ...times......I have stories from hanging out in SOHO them days, that would take the flyover crowd centuries to experience, if ever, if they could even dream of them. Now, most have moved to the meat packing district......SOHO has become something of an outdoor mall, destroyed. It went from a deserted warehouse area in the 70s, where even cats would not walk at night, to the hottest scene in NY in the 80s and 90s, to an outdoor mall now. The galleries, small shops, most restaurants, and life, have moved on.
Raul’s though, is still there.
Anyway, the place is real NY, not a “hot chef opens a new establishment to teach us all about food”. F that hype.

A real nasty guy, Trump’s intimidator for years, he railroaded people for himself and his boss.
The lowest human denominator, NYC criminal toughness, mob like.
He deserves 20 years jail time, not what he got. We don’t even know half of what he’s done, because he did not cooperate fully, to keep himself and his father in law and wife out of trouble. That’s why he did not cooperate. Trump and Guiliani know stuff, they were all aware of each others’ doings. Otoh, for the president to call for people to be investigated and persecuted, it is of mob and third world shithole dictator character to do that. Let’s call a spade a spade.
He may be helpful to us now because he had to or else, but he really is a scumbag, a NYC one, a unique type of scumbag unknown to the flyover country sheep, but well understood by us NYorkers, like his boss, and Stone, and Manafort, all of them associated, some partners decades ago. The limo elites of NYC. Cigars, statehouses, models, private swing clubs, intimidation, and enrichment without a single day’s hard work. I’ve lived there, and went out, and know what was going on. NYC is a mecca of everything. There is a certain energy there that is seductive.
I just have a hard time seeing how that idiot Guiliani, who prosecuted all these types of critters, and put them behind bars, now licks the boots of one of the biggest villains.
