So next level questions are about rights, and so on. But I think the question should be framed as everyone's rights, not just transgender people. Too often rights questions are only framed from one side's viewpoint.
Trouble with rights arguments is they are mostly politics in disguise. If you want to win political arguments, it's ballot boxes, not courts, that should make decisions.
