In an Oval Office address to the nation, President Trump said there's a massive crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border and that maybe, just maybe, Congress oughta' set aside 0.13% of the federal budget - as the president's requested - for a barrier there.
It's an idea that many Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, have supported in the past - but now that Trump's in the White House, they vehemently oppose the idea.
