What kind of doctor gives a kid with a 103 degree fever a release from a hospital with a diagnosis of a plain ...cold?
Why is the press not asking tne right question rather than focusing on bullshit? That doctor and the crew at that hospital need to be gone pronto. It is a perfect example about the lie on great medical care in America. That is malpractce of the highest order. And it happens all around, and at every level, even the highest.
A friend of mine had a stent put in her main artery by the heart which was 95% blocked, last week. She was complaining of heart burn like discomfort, they went to a top hospital, New York Presbyterian, the one Clinton had his heart procedures at, in NY. The high end cardiologist that saw her wasn’t too alarmed, and suggested he had an opening on Jan 20th to do whatever it was he was planning(not sure on the detail), without even doing an immediate 10min cat scan of her heart to see at least what’s going on, because if he did, he’d take her immediately into surgery. He then said there was an opening in his schedule on Dec 20th. When he came out of surgery, he told her that she would probably be dead within two days if it had not be done right then and there.
What do you tell this guy?
Not that there aren’t great doctors, but trusting them blind is plain stupid. It’s a crapshoot sometimes, and it doesn’t need to be.
