If Trump is reelected, it's possible that the statue-of-limitations will have run out before he leaves office. However, there are people in Congress who would like to pass a law that would not count the time in office toward the statue-of-limitations for elected officials. But even if that law passed, it wouldn't apply to Trump since the Constitution explicitly forbids 'post-facto' laws (ie. retroactive).

Exactly. Trump is now going straight to indictment when leaving office. He’s cooked. From the White House to the Jail House. Right now he is an unindicted coconspirator.

Manhattan will be a much cleaner place after all this swamp drainage taking place, because after Cohen, all of them will be joining him.
