Have you seen some of the harrowing videos from those fleeing?
OMG they are so terrifying I had difficulty watching.

Hopefully, it's caused by disruption to communications.

First time I was evacuated due to a brush fire, I was out of contact for a few days living in a car. Folks were worried but I had no idea.

If that explains things it would be a good result.

Or it could be that people who are worried call the police, and those who are relieved do not.

But I am beginning to worry it may be more than that in many cases.

Over 60 deaths is a huge number.
