Since you clearly don't know anything about the government, a sitting president cannot be indicted for the very sensible reason that it would allow an opposition party in control of the House to render a President unable to lead by saddling him with an unlimited number of baseless indictments.

He would have to be removed from office first, which is an action that can only come from the Senate. THEN he could [possibly] be indicted. But the Senate is [drumroll, please!] REPUBLICAN, so good luck with that.
