Let me say right up front that I hate douche bag web sites. This is one of them. It won't let me copy and paste from it.

Within the article it states that in States which enacted strict
voter ID laws, the turn out gap between whites and Latinos doubled,
and the turn out gap between blacks and whites almost doubled.

As in the voter ID reduced black and Latino voters.

The real question that needs to be answered here is:

"Does voter ID reduce voter turnout because folks can't get ID?
Or does it reduce voter turn out because certain folks can't
get valid ID's enabling them to vote multiple times?"

Given ACORN and their successors habit of flooding voter registration
offices with phony-baloney registration forms I suspect it is
the latter.
