I just "adopted" the Ribit sleep method. Take a power nap here and there, then eat, watch a little television, take a nap......repeat as necessary!

You're probably normal, and go to bed at 10 pm and get up at 6!

I gave up normal - I didn't wanna be normal anymore.

Pretty successful at it, too!
