No one would be on K's case about that.

It's the strategic lying that is the problem. He knows that if he admits getting sloshed, there's the window for the sexual assault. And so he denies he got sloshed.

But he got sloshed and so there is a window. And his denials show that he lies. Now.

That's all we need to know.

And that is why he can't be on the Supreme Court.
