BREAKING: More Americans oppose Kavanaugh confirmation than support it, NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds
Thirty-eight percent of Americans now oppose Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation after he was accused of sexual assault while in high school, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, a 9-point increase in opposition since last month.
With 34 percent supporting the nominee, it marks the first time in the history of the poll that a Supreme Court nominee has had more opposition than support.
