When you say "OUTRAGEOUS," there are only two things you could logically mean: (1) That the police should not have responded to a citizen's call, or (2) that the citizen was wrong to report a “suspicious vehicle” to the police when he saw it parked in front of "the local drug house.” So, dearie: which of these two things is so outrageous? Or do you think that the police should have compromised between responding and not responding - driving down the street but giving the candidate a bye when they saw that she was black?
