I agree. It might also make Kavanaugh removeable in office.

I begin to believe it happened. It may be K has no memory of it, as, if it happened, he was apparently drunk. But being drunk isn't a strong defence!! If Dr Ford had therapy after the event, that might provide contemporaneous evidence that this isn't an invented and convenient story.

Before this news, the people don't give him much support, only 38% approve.

Republicans have been pushing this, the nerve when they complained about Merrick Garland....

Word is Trump is going to slam 'her'.
That should give the senate to the dem's!
