Of course, she may have witnesses who corroborate her account of such an alleged event at the time. That would be a part support.

But the absence of a pattern makes it unlikely she will succeed in this, in my view.

They are more likely to nail this guy on perjury charges.

From the initial reporting, it sounds like the accuser has no witness supporting her allegation. I think this isn't going anywhere.
