About personal responsibility & this hurricane

People have been warned for a WEEK as to where they would be at risk & who needed to leave.

Yet, yesterday I watched people on the beach, one with a toddler! I thought that parent was putting that child at risk & should've been taken into custody. Its one thing if you want to play russian roulette with YOUR life, but NOT with minor children!

And last night many were asking to be rescued!
What the hell....
Why should people risk their life to save idiots...?

DO SOMETHING!
