The word Privacy never appears in the Constitution, but yet how would we feel if Graham tried to claim that the court could rule that we have no right to privacy?

And the word Freedom only appears TWICE and even then it wasn't until they added the Bill of Rights, where it appears in ONLY the 1st Amendment.

BTW, the the words Gun and Assault Rifle don't appear anywhere at all.

And if you want to really get into it, the word God never appears and the only time the word Religion is mentioned is in the 1st Amendment. And just to be accurate, the only time the word Religious appears is in Article VI, where is states "...no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."

Graham tried to define abortion as not part of the constitution because its not mentioned in it, and the word LIBERTY does nt define it either.

Well what does LIBERTY mean then, ASSHOLE, only what YOU THINK IT DOES?

Never realized that jackass can be so dangerous. Based on his theory, LIBERTY is defined by him and his cothinkers. Like a dictator decides what's true or not true, etc. Once you start going down that road, whose "liberty" is valid?
