This guy is the culmination of the effort of decades to turn the Supreme Court into a right wing Republican institution.

It will make government by Dems incredibly difficult. And it will further raise the heat of the argument in the political realm. This is how Republicans aim to make their sort of America the only sort, of course. They are picking middle-aged, white, Catholic men, one after another so they can sit on the bench for forty years.

The senate majority's concealment of documents and Kavanaugh's evasions of basic questions makes a mockery of the consent model for supreme court nominees.

This following the Republican refusal to seat Garland.

The US constitution has gaping holes in it. And these holes are being used to undermine democracy itself.
