Did you listen to the phone conversation between Woodward and Trump that's included in the article? Trump claims that he never heard that Woodward was trying to set up a personal interview, despite Woodward claiming that he made the request to six different people, including Kellyanne Conway, who claimed on the tape that she tried to set up an interview but that the people in charge "rejected it". It was all typical Trump.
