Trump conveniently fails to mention that they were breaking federal law, otherwise why are they being indicted in the first place. And if it's true that these have been "long running Investigations", how is it that Sessions is responsible, unless of course he's upset because the AG didn't stop the investigations, which of course would have been a problem since it could be seen as an act of political corruption. But then, in this White House, corruption is an everyday occurrence so Trump probably figured that no one would notice.
This makes no sense. Collins’s insider-trading allegation is from 2017, when he was at Trump’s White House event.

Two long running, Obama era, investigations of two very popular Republican Congressmen were brought to a well publicized charge, just ahead of the Mid-Terms, by the Jeff Sessions Justice Department. Two easy wins now in doubt because there is not enough time. Good job Jeff......
