Trump has tried to discredit Mueller, discredit Sessions and defend Manafort.
But this poll found it isn’t working. 63 percent support Mueller investigation. 64 percent say Sessions shouldn’t be fired. 67 percent say case against Manafort was justified.
Trump’s overall popularity breaks down along lines of partisanship, ethnicity and gender, according to the poll. While 78 percent of Republicans approve of his performance, 93 percent of Democrats and 59 percent of independents disapprove.
Even his base is declining, he was at 90% with republicans, and look at Independent voters, 59% disapprove, those are killer.
