17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure*, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
ALL wisdom has its source from GOD. HE alone contains all wisdom and it has been passed down from HIM to US. It is PURE and undefiled. NOT corrupted or tainted or full of confusion. IT IS CLEAR and is for our benefit that HE gives us wisdom and understanding.
Strife, envying, confusion all comes from Satan and he wants people to remain in that state and never see or hear the truth of GOD. If Satan can keep people form reading or listening to GOD's clear, simple truth and message to us and for us, then he will have lots of company in Hell for all of eternity.
