You got yourself that worked up over netting 190 votes? LOL. At the time of your post, Balderson's lead over the Democrat O'Connor had fallen to approximately 600 votes. An improvement, sure, but still a loss. At that point, you and your liberal buddies were suddenly "confident" that O'Connor would win.
Why? Do you always expect to win when you're losing?
Well, you lost. When ALL the remaining votes you thought were going to go for O'Connor were counted, Balderson netted another 1,000, beating O'Connor by even more than he had at first, about 1,600 votes. That's official and the election is now over.
It's good to be confident, clo, but it's not good to be dumb about it. You were behind... you'd made a trivial gain. At that point, it might have made sense to say tht you were HOPEFUL, but you instead bragged that you were CONFIDENT. That's just dumb.
