1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
It does not matter whether the richest person in the state attends your church or corporate ceo's or important politically connected people as opposed to common, ordinary, even poor folks who also are there to worship the LORD and PRAISE HIM on THIS DAY set aside for HIM..
DO NOT think that the wealthy person is any better spiritually than the poorest person in the room who has by complete faith and humility trusted JESUS to save them and be their Savior...
In fact, MOST TIMES, the poor are the ones who have the deepest and greatest hearts of gratitude for the LORD and are the most LIKE HIM.... They had NOTHING except FAITH to come to HIM.... DO not let STATUS in society be the determining factor of who is spiritual among you should be a leader. TO Jesus, we owe everything and are forever indebted to HIM for what HE did for us !!
