13 Let no man say when he is tempted*, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted* with evil, neither tempteth he* any man:
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Here is the scripture that tells us that GOD does not tempt men. Mankind only falls into temptation when they fall away from the will of GOD due to the lusts of the flesh. We only get tempted by our enemy, Satan, because we have left our "SHIELD" and gone away from that ourselves...
The results of LUST of the Flesh are spiritual death..
