John 15 and verse 5 says
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
JESUS tells us plainly that HE ALONE is THE TRUE VINE. THE ONLY VINE that gives life to us! But in order to have that LIFE we MUST ABIDE IN HIM. IN order to abide in HIM we, like the branches of the vine. need to be grafted INTO that VINE and receive from it life that brings forth fruit!
We are not to remain stagnant and tell nobody else of the Saving grace of Jesus! We are to SHARE the BLESSED hope of life with ALL who would listen and hear.
Many will reject it so plan on it. SOME will receive this gladly and will thank you for an eternity for sharing Christ with them.
HE IS THE VINE. We are the branches which do yield the fruit from power and life giving of THE VINE....
