Giuliani is a hapless buffoon.
He's threatening Cohen with disbarment when he and Trump are relinquishing claims of attorney-client privilege by releasing evidence they think helps them. Then it turns out that Trump didn't say what Giuliani claims he did in the tape they released.
Doh.
Most of what Cohen did for Trump didn't qualify for attorney-client privilege as it was business and not law-related. Illegal actions are not protected by a/c privilege at all.
And there's no privilege protecting a candidate offering bribes, acting treasonously, or committing high crimes and misdemeanours against the United States. That covers much of what Cohen seems to know.
Trump is scared witless that the facts might be revealed. And he has a laughably dreadful attorney for counsel.
Good luck, Orange Man. You are going to need it.
