When I was still commuting to work, I used to listen to him during the drive-time. It was interesting to follow how he evolved from a fairly hard-line conservative to a more progressive voice on the radio. This was particularly true when the Republicans started to seriously attack the ACA (Affordable Healthcare Act). he was a big promoter of 'heath-fairs where the poor could get a chance to see a doctor.
