This fits perfectly with what Betsy DeVos has already been reported to have told parents who can't afford to send their kids to private/charter schools that they should find them a job instead. She's also advocated the public schools, that is one's paid for with taxes, should focus on teaching vocational skills only to prepare economically disadvantaged students for industrial and agricultural jobs and that preparing more affluent students for college should be left to private/religious schools.
