I suspect the Deputy AG will decide whether to report or indict.

I'd indict. It would be a useful clarification of the president's powers and exemptions. For me, it is clear that the authors of the constitution aimed to create a rule of law society. But to deliver an American rule of law turns out to be tricky with a large, credulous voting population, a pathetic, weak, partisan congress and a corrupt president.

If, perchance, they nail the monster, then this will create a useful precedent for the future. If he is allowed to do what he does, then the US is finished.

I've been thinking about Mueller.

He was a Marine, a man with scruples & a lifetime of service supporting law & order & The Constitution.

The more he learns about Trump & the depths of his corruption, he must be horrified.
Knowing Donald Jr & Flynn & Manafort were dealing with Russians to try to benefit Trump.

What will he do?
Does he just give a report to the deputy AG, or does he decided Trump is such a threat to the Republic, he must indict?
