They say Mueller is 'conservative' and would probably hold a sealed indictment, for when Trump is out of office.

I'm with you, if there is 'cause' he should face a trial when that cause is known.

If he cannot be, there's no rule of law.

But there's nothing in the constitution which says he cannot be.
