Trump is like a bad boyfriend, he isolates, in order to keep 'you' under control.

He's sooo bad, but the bigger issue are those who support his tactics. Scary.

Basically, the US has decided not to honour its commitments when the presidency changes hands.

This means that no deal reached with the US can be understood to last beyond a single president's administration.

The US has become a bit like the Trump company. A repudiation nation.

He will now try to bully US allies into doing likewise. But they cannot, as they value their commitments.

So basically, Trump has marginalised the US in diplomatic terms. The EU, Russia and China are going to call the shots.

The US will use its military to threaten people. But that won't make for alliances.
