Rex Tillerson might have been an inept Secy of State, at least he wouldn't lie when asked if he called Trump a moron.
He's an eagle scout, & kept his reputation despite being in Trump's administration.
John Kelly on the other hand has tarnished his.
He lied about the congresswoman from Texas. Even after video was shown that he was wrong, he never amended his remarks.
He lied about Porter, several times.
He'll leave this job tainted & with 'his word' not worth what it was when he began. Sad.
