I read about it. I thought the denial of what he said to Comey was cunning, in a villainous sort of way. He figured the least damaging route was to deny an unrecorded, non-binding conversation with a man whose reputation he is already trashing.
Of course he is lying.
Same with Cohen, whose counsel re Stormy he did and didn't receive, depending upon what is most advantageous. It is now more advantageous to have attorney-client privilege.
Obviously he was represented by Cohen and was lying previously. On the other hand, now that Cohen has pleaded the fifth, that means Trump is back in bed with a crook. So he may change his memory again.
I am glad he isn't my guy. How embarrassing to have to say you support him. It's easy to see how foolish you are going to look just a few steps down the road.
