Yep. That's what I have been saying. He can't have it both ways. He's either unconnected with the Stormy payment, or connected, but he can't be both depending on what suits him.
Government is making the case, the Stormy matter is not covered under atty-client privilege, especially after Trump said on Air Force One, he knew nothing about the payment, you'll have to ask his attorney.
