Or as Trump and Putin might say, it's fake news.

At any rate, the evidence of our ears and eyes seems to indicate that Israel fired missiles into Syria, perhaps because they decided not to wait around to see if Trump would do anything.

And they don't care about Putin's attempt to instill fear into everyone, everywhere, because Israelis are actually as tough as hell and used to threats and used to the costs of independence and used to the idea that you have to be prepared to accept some damage to earn respect, even if it is of the grudging sort.

Putin is building towards another attack on a country. I just don't know which one yet. But probably one of the Balkan countries.
