18 U.S.C. § 1385. Use of Army and Air Force as posse comitatus

Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

10 U.S.C. § 375. Restriction on direct participation by military personnel

The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law.

This puts all of the liability on the President and the Secretary of Defense.

Our President is really walking on eggshells right now due to all of the bullshit the Muellercrats are provoking against him. He has to be very careful here not to give them an excuse to impeach.

Secretary Mattis I assure you is not going to do anything that might cause him to be court-martialed.

As Americans another thing to consider is the trap that we will be setting for ourselves if we see our military used as a police force.
If this rotten Congress were to come together and legislate some form of draconian gun control the precedent would then be set to use the military as a police force to disarm us.
We have to be careful what we wish for.

The ball firmly rests in the arm of Congress. They must act to change the laws that allow the abuse of our immigration system and close our borders and control them in a similar manner as our Southern and Northern neighbors do now.

Congress must act.

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.
