Forgive my asking,
but
as a former employer of lots of people over decades, firing people who were not in step with MY goals and instructions is what every person in business is supposed to do. How else does one their team all on the same page, reaching toward the objectives and in unison?
OR, from a practical perspective, when yer car ain;t running right and missing, ya changes/replaces the BAD spark plug so they all can run smoothly and in SYNC which allows the vehicle to achieve its destination easier...
This is business 101..... Lots of dipsticks thatwouln't have made it past first semester of Business College in MBA school...
