...zz, the bill of rights, all ten of them, assign rights to citizens and limit the authority of the state. Why in the hell would the second one be the exact opposite of the rest??? It would be like saying that the first amendment only applies to news media.

The la language of the 2nd Amendment does not give the right to bear arms to individuals, only to organized militia. It also doesn’t say WHY, nor mentions “overbearing governments” and other shit like that made of deludions of the simple minded, who believe those who feed tnem shit to make money selling guns, and the whole gun culture ecosystem feeding off that baloney.
If you want to argue otherwise, and not obfuscuate with bullshit, analyze fir me the 2nd Amendment language, and nothing else.
