how do you KNOW Kushner is not going to eventually be cleared after background checking for a top secret clearance along with a thousand others going through the very same process at the same time??
I have no idea whether he will or won't. If he does, then it must be okay. He will have been thoroughly vetted. As will everyone else.
This is how that process is supposed to work. General Kelley is making sure that it happens.. This is a good thing.
THIS did not happen in the OBAMA administration. Not at all. Anyone OBama wanted to have a top secret clearance got one without vetting or question.
THAT was not how this security clearance was set up or supposed to work and General Kelley knows it because he himself had to go through it...
SO, let's wait and see what happens. It's no big deal one way or the other.
