It's impossible to say, but I don't think many judges are racist toward minorities these days. If anything, it's the opposite.
That said, if *I* were king and had a say in her sentence, I'd take a limb off this girl. She tried to foment racism where there was none. She's doing what you and clo do regularly, except she did it with more than just speech. That warrants special and harsh sentencing. But I'm not the king or the judge, and we live in the soft-on-crime society you advocate. I've gotten used to these slap-on-the wrist sentences for crimes that society ought to deal with in severe and memorable fashion.
I do have to wonder why you, a white man, are so obsessed with racism. It's not like you've been a victim of it. Are you telling us what's in your own heart? If so, you're even more disgusting than I've come to believe. People are individuals, OCU, not classes.
