Well, that's the crux of the matter, ain't it? This writer is a blithering idiot ... the Supreme Court has not, did not, and will not ever "give all Americans the right to own guns." The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution recognized that inalienable right of U.S. citizens ... which means that right existed prior to the existence of the U.S. government ... and it - THE LAW - states in no uncertain terms that the government does NOT have the authority to infringe that pre-existing, inalienable right.
