...I dunno what the truth is of this situation but I know that fear and inaction is often caused by not knowing what to do. Perhaps there was inadequate training. Perhaps the school resource officer was put in his position because he was a friend or relative of someone in authority and they thought that nothing could or would happen there. Another thing, could it be the Ferguson Effect keeping cops from doing the right thing because they don't want to have their own lives and careers destroyed.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
