They aren't. Billy Jeff perjured himself. That's the official reason I condemn him. It's why he should have been removed from office.
On a personal level, I also condemn him for being a scumbag. I wouldn't want him as a friend. If Donald Trump cheated on his wife, then he's a scumbag too and I would feel the same way. Being a scumbag, however, does not make a person unfit to lead the country. In fact, depending on the nature of his scumbagginess, it might even help with draining the swamp.
Being a perjuror is a different matter. It makes a President a criminal - utterly unfit to hold office.
